With the great news that Bury FC Foundation Women’s team will play out their final 3 games of the 2021/22 season at Gigg Lane here are the fixtures for your diary and some stats to help you get behind out women’s team and cheer them on to what could be a League winning season.
Below are the remaining 3 games to be played at Gigg Lane, we are currently in discussions about if and how many fans will be allowed into the ground and we will be in touch as soon as we have confirmed numbers.
As you will see below its a nail biter of a finish to the season with Bury and Clitheroe only separated by 3 points with Bury having a game in hand. It could end up as a last game of the season decider.
Bury are top of the league in total goals scored with 108 goals in 14 games !! and also boast the two highest individual goal scorers with Kimberley Tyson on 35 and Sophie Coates on 27. Those statistics alone show we could be on for three goal packed games.
Lets get behind our women’s team and hopefully help push them over the line and finish their season with some silverware.
