Another successful weekend down at Gigg Lane as we look to continue to clean up the mess left from over the last almost 3 years.
This weekend took us over 650 volunteers, with the Cemmy End, Les Hart Stand ready to be pressure washed, kiosks and toilets to finish them off entirely. So works can be started to follow the outstanding works on the safety certificate within these areas.
We would like to say a huge thank you to businesses who assisted with donations last week to help us continue our cleanup; VJ Technology, Bury Skip Hire, Orange Skips, KAR Ltd, Prestwich Golf Club, Cheshire Turf Machinery, The Grill Eatery and Rak Inspection Services.
As part of our plan to clean, next weekend we still have the internal of the Main Stand to clean, concourse areas, toilets and our water bowsers will be in use with people available to book hour-long slots from 9am to 4pm on Saturday and 9am to 12pm Sunday.
