Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Society will be held at 19:30 on 28th October 2022 at Gigg Lane for the purpose of considering the special resolution.
Members can no longer allocate a proxy as nomination of a proxy closed at midnight on October 25th as per the instructions to members.
The link below to the Calling Notice and Form of Proxy were agreed prior to the process and include detailed advice to members.
To be clear, any member can attend the meeting this evening at 19:30 and vote in person. If they have previously nominated a proxy then the proxy will be withdrawn.
